Maria Hadjiantoniou was born and raised in Nicosia, Cyprus. Her enthusiasm to help people achieving their best version of themselves physically, but also mentally, is one of her passions. She teaches Hatha, Aerial, Yin, Hot Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation. Maria, as a certified/registered Yoga Teacher, is eager to help you reach your full potential.

“Pomalo” is a word used daily in dalmatian dialect in Croatia. It literally means to relax, take it easy, to slow down and be worry-free.
Also, Pomalo in serbian language means “little by little”. It  represents the coastal and island lifestyle, which is a mindset that only islanders can totally relate to !

Each class is a different experience! The classes are a combination of mobility, flexibility, recovery, strength, balance, calisthenics, advanced yoga poses, breathing techniques, meditation. We love to push our body and try different things. That is how we grow, we get stronger, more flexible, we have more mobility and we see our life changing mentally and physically right in front of our eyes 

Your smile, your good vibes, yourself! 

If you have a towel, a bottle of water and a yoga mat, that will be good to bring too, for hydration and hygiene reasons

This depends if the class takes place in an open air(beach, park, roof) or indoors. Also, it varies, depending on the type of class: yin yoga, mobility, calisthenics, flexibility, partner yoga, power yoga, meditation, etc

Absolutely not! Simply, if you are a yoga beginner or not into fitness as much, join the beginner’s class to start with.
